Keep your rug looking its best by avoiding direct sunlight, which can cause the colors to fade over time. When unpacked, you might notice temporary creases or surface waves caused by shipping—these are normal and will gradually recede. Using back-rolling, reverse rolling, or placing weights on the affected areas can help speed up flattening. Allow sufficient time for the rug to settle, and be patient as the waves diminish.

The Mirage Collection comes with a 60-day manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, damages caused by customers, or damages not noted upon delivery are not covered. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, as inspected upon arrival.

Please note that wool rugs shed as a natural part of the manufacturing process. During the first few weeks, vacuum the rug 1-2 times weekly using a low-pressure vacuum without beater bars, always vacuuming in the direction of the pile. Do not pull loose ends; instead, clip them with scissors to prevent unraveling.
